Circle Sawn
Our Circular sawn, textured paneling is a popular finish or those in search of blend of a rustic, yet refined texture. This texture is achieved by cutting the wood with a circular saw, and skip planing it as it goes through our planing machine leaving behind the perfect amount circular saw marks that add an authentic character to our Nickel Gap paneling!
Wire Brushed
Our wire brushed texture is a surface finish that is obtained by brushing the wood with a hard-bristled wire brush. This technique involves removing the softer wood from the surface, which accentuates the harder grains leaving a visually appealing surface that showcases the natural grain and character of the wood for those looking for a more refined , finished look!
Hand Scraped
Our one-of-a-kind, Hand Scraped, texture option imparts a rustic & distressed appearance to the wood. This technique involves manually scraping the surface of each wood plank with a handheld scraping tool to create a textured effect that emulates a unique and authentic looking wood finish. The outcome is a truly appealing look!
